Portfolio descriptions, journal articles, dimensions, materials, schedules, and process notes are general information and may change. They are not a binding offer, professional engineering advice, safety instruction, warranty, or guarantee that a particular project is available or appropriate.
3. Permitted use
You may view, link to, and print reasonable portions of the site for personal or internal business evaluation. You may not scrape at scale, interfere with operation, bypass access controls, introduce malicious code, falsely imply affiliation, or use the site in violation of another person’s rights.
4. Intellectual property
Site design, text, original photographs, drawings, marks, and presented work are owned by Kevin Williamson Design or used with permission and are protected by applicable rights. Viewing a project does not transfer rights to reproduce its design, drawings, images, identity elements, or production files.
5. Project board and forms
The browser project board is a convenience for collecting references and creates no reservation, order, quote, or commitment. The static contact form does not transmit entries. A project begins only after scope, fees, schedule, responsibilities, and rights are confirmed in writing by authorized parties.
6. Third-party resources
Links may lead to suppliers, collaborators, publications, or services we do not control. A link is not a warranty or endorsement. Those services have their own terms, privacy practices, availability, and security responsibilities.
7. Accuracy and availability
We work to keep the site useful but do not promise that every item will be error-free, current, uninterrupted, or compatible with every device. We may change, suspend, or remove pages and features without notice, while respecting obligations already accepted in a separate agreement.

Any direct liability related solely to free website use is limited to the greater of USD 100 or the amount paid for that use.
