1. Our commitment

Kevin Williamson Design wants people with diverse abilities, technologies, and circumstances to use this website. We aim to follow WCAG 2.2 Level AA principles of perceivable, operable, understandable, and robust content as a practical baseline.

2. Measures included

The site uses semantic headings and landmarks, visible keyboard focus, a skip link, text alternatives for meaningful images, labelled controls, responsive layouts, restrained motion, sufficient target sizes, and text contrast designed for the selected dark and parchment palette.

3. Keyboard and navigation

Primary navigation can be reached by keyboard. On small screens, the menu button reports its expanded state. Project-board controls, consent choices, and form controls use native buttons and inputs. Content does not require drag gestures or hover alone.

4. Images and documents

Portfolio photographs include concise text alternatives describing their relevant content. Decorative technical drawings are hidden from assistive technology. If we publish a document that creates a barrier, contact us for the information in a more accessible format.

5. Forms

Inputs have persistent labels and use browser validation. The contact form in this preview does not transmit information and explains the alternative email route. We do not use CAPTCHA in the current experience.

6. Known limitations

Highly atmospheric photographs may contain low-contrast visual detail, though essential information is provided in text. Third-party maps, documents, or linked sites may not meet the same standard. We continue to test zoom, reflow, keyboard use, and screen-reader structure.

7. Compatibility

The site is designed for current versions of major browsers and assistive technologies with JavaScript and CSS support. Core editorial content remains readable if custom fonts fail. The project board and consent memory require browser storage.

8. Feedback and assistance

If anything prevents access, email [email protected] or call 816-260-0635. Please identify the page, task, assistive technology if relevant, and preferred response format. We aim to acknowledge accessibility feedback within two business days.

9. Assessment and updates

Accessibility is reviewed through automated checks and manual keyboard, mobile, zoom, and visual inspection before release. This statement was last reviewed September 8, 2026 and will be updated as the site or standards change.
